Cup of soft-paste porcelain painted with blue and crimson enamels and gilded. 'C' scroll handle. The cup has a medallion edged with floral gilt scrolls and contains a Cupid among clouds en camaïeuwith emblems of civilisation. The medallion is reserved against a grand bleu lapis ground.
