| Production | Acquired as Rouen, mid-18th century. Illustrated in Arthur Lane, French Faïence, 1948, pl. 31A as Rouen, c. 1770-80. Reattributed to Sinceny in 1963-5, when the arms were identified as being Fayard, probably of Sinceny (see register). Subsequently relabelled as c. 1770-80.
