Production | Acquired as Marseilles ca. 1750; reattributed to Saint Clément by Paul Bernot in 1951; relabelled as Saint Clément c. 1730, perhaps in error for c. 1780, as this is far too early for the style of the piece and as the factory was not founded until 1758. |
