This is one of a group of German traditional toys which were made in the 1900s, but were based on very old designs. This pull along toy is in the shape of a woman and two animals covered in fur (possibly rabbit). All three are carved and painted wood placed on a wooden base which has four wheels nailed to it. There are many examples of toys like these in the trade books of the time.

Physical description
A pull along toy in the shape of a woman and two animals, all of carved and painted wood and placed in a wooden base which has four wheels nailed to it. The woman is painted white with purple and red trim and facial features indicated in black. The animals are painted white with brown, red and black detail. Their backs are covered with a brown fur, possibly rabbit. The base is white with purple markings, and a pink ribbon is tied to the front.
