Gallery label
'5. Teapot: 'Colorado' 1983 This teapot is composed of simple geometric shapes of a kind which suggest, through association, industrial production. They are not, however, standard forms in the tableware ceramics industry. The way in which they are combined turns the teapot into a novelty piece suggesting an aeroplane. Italy Designed by Marco Zanini (1954-) Made by Ceramiche Flavia, Montelupo Fiorentino for Memphis, Milan Earthenware Museum no. C.207-1985'
