Model of a traditional English steam traction engine, fitted with reverse control, whistle, boiler sight glass and steering extension. The body is green with black, mounted on four polished steel and red wheels with a matching flywheel. It has brass engine parts and the canopy is enamelled white with gold lettering; MAMOD STEAM TRACTOR. The tractor has solid fuel burners supplied with the engine which create the heat for the water. A black plastic funnel is supplied as are all the necessary parts. Details and general hints are printed on the outside of the box, in four languages. The other side of the box shows illustrations of the engine with one picture detailed to show the various parts of the machine. There is also a detailed colour leaflet showing Mamod products.
