Inscribed on old mount, in pencil: below window opening, at lower right, from the Emo Tack Collection; at lower centre, in another hand, ? a portrait of, added before earlier inscription by Frits Lugt, Heeroom (van Vondel); below this, at bottom centre, note by F. Lugt, again added before earlier inscription by Lugt, J. v. Vondel by Ph Koninck; and at lower right, Ph Kon… (mount trimmed). |
