Made of pressed steel, the gyro is placed onto a wheel at the bottom and held in place by the figure of a boy, painted red, brown and black, and a semi-circular bar painted green. Together with a length of steel called a mono railway track along which the gyro crawls. Both pieces are affected by rust. It has its original cardboard box with instruction sheets. The label shows the name, an illustration and the price 1/-. Inside the lid is the instruction sheet which is dated in pencil, 1910. A second sheet shows the different tricks that the toy can do. States that the toy was awarded a diploma at the Japan-British Exhibition, 1910.
