Cabinet cup of soft-paste porcelain painted with enamels and gilded. Cylindrical with a flaring rim, three paw feet and a handle in the form of a gilt scroll springing from a mask and rising above the rim. On either side are oval panels, one with a view of a country lane and the other with an Italian landscape with classical ruins beside a river. On the front is a basket of flowers suspended from acanthus scrolls in gold. Gilt scroll border inside the rim.

Physical description
Cabinet cup of soft-paste porcelain painted with enamels and gilded. Cylindrical with a flaring rim, three paw feet and a handle in the form of a gilt scroll springing from a mask and rising above the rim. On either side are oval panels, one with a view of a country lane and the other with an Italian landscape with classical ruins beside a river. On the front is a basket of flowers suspended from acanthus scrolls in gold. Gilt scroll border inside the rim.
