Dress fabric with a cream ground woven with a fine horizontal rib. Vertical polychrome stripes made with supplementary warps in two alternating patterns enclose small blue brocaded flower sprigs. The pattern appears to have been influenced by embroidery design.
The fragment is irregularly shaped, with one seam, and probably a panel from a dress.
