Sleeveless fully fashioned vest made of machine-knitted silk in blue, orange and black bands. Fastened down the front with pearl buttons and a placket lined with silk. There is a crest on the front left hand side of the vest machine-embroidered with M.A. standing for the Marquis of Anglesey. Inside the neck of the vest is a label printed in red with: 'Doucet Jeune, 10 Rue de Halévy, Paris'.
