Bird with oval shaped body, long neck and large tail. It has a feather in the top of its head. Long legs are attached to a clamp at the base. The neck and tail are connected to the body in slits and are each attached to a length of string which in turn are connected to a large weight. As the weight is swung the head and tail of the bird move up and down.
