Panel of two layers of transparent white silk chiffon mounted onto a wooden board. Both layers have been machine embroidered with a fine pattern of stems, leaves and butterflies in black, pale grey, yellow, green, white and red. The upper layers includes a padded bud, a padded caterpillar and a dragonfly. A butterfly and some flowers have been worked with detached wings/petals and four small, detached flowerheads in the lower right contain loose fibrous stuffing.
