| Object history | This is a traditional toy from Bogorodsky (Address: Moscow region, Sergiev Posad district, Bogorodskoye d.79 B) In the 15th and 16th centuries, local farmers, the serfs of the Trinity-Sergius Monastery, laid the foundations of established art craft in wood. The village has become a centre of folk art in the history of Russian crafts. |
