Object history
This image was also used on posters to advertise The Delineator, an American women's magazine published by the Butterick publishing company. It was operational between 1873 and 1937 when it merged with Pictorial Review to form Pictorial Review-Delineator. The merged publication ceased in 1939 and did not resume in the postwar period.
