Drawing on tracing paper, bound along the edge with blue tape, detailing the plantroom layout in the basement of a building at 27-37 Wigmore Street. The mechanical units are represented with grey film and the structure is rendered in red pencil. There are hand-stencilled dimensions and notes throughout. As is the convention with drawings of this type, the engineer's name is pre-printed in a box in the bottom right hand corner of the sheet and the project details are given in a box above this. A piece of punched plastic has been applied to the right hand side of the drawing so that it can be stored in a hanging unit.
