This is part of the equipment for the dolls' house B.145 to 151-1998. Originally it was designed to be sold with the toilet and there is a hand written note on the lid which has subsequently been crossed out TOILET ENCLOSED WITH SINK UNIT. Marked on the end of the box is ONE ONLY indicating that originally more than one item was in the box.
