Object history | Crace used this wallpaper when he decorated Government House, Perth, Australia in 1863. It was also used at some time in the decoration of the Houses of Parliament as it appears in a photograph of the Members Smoking Room in the House of Commons, published in Wright and Smith 1903, p257. Pugin's design is drawn smaller that full size. |
