Unpainted clear textured, pale grey-blue and pale brown glass in eight similar sections. From top to bottom undulating lead lines trace the profile portraits of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh (a total of 16 times). Borders either side are based upon the design of the Union flag.

Object history
The panel was made to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II in 1977 and intended for the British Crafts Centre building but not used. It is said to have been exhibited in the exhibition 'Masterpiece' organised by the Crafts Advisory Committee but does not appear in the catalogue of that exhibition (Crafts Advisory Committee, Masterpiece: a Jubilee exhibition of crafts, London, 1977).
