Landscape drawing. A page from a sketchbook bound in mottled calf, with two brass clasps and a narrow gold-tooled border, a crimson panel with the title 'Sketches', and 7 gold-tooled bands on the back. The volume has 59 leaves on which are pasted 60 landscape sketches, and an additional leaf on which is pasted a sketch of a man leaning on a bridge. Many of the drawings are wholly or partially squared for copying.
