The mother wearing a high-waisted, ankle-length white dress with decoration around the hem, yellow ankle boots, and a sheer yellow gauze shoulder-cape edged with tasselled fringe.She wears a matching yellow turban and carries a small reticule with tasselled corners. Her son, holding her hand, is wearing a blue suit that appears to be all one piece, buttoning down the front; with a black and red hat and is carrying his mother's parasol, which is yellow with fringe to match her shoulder-cape.
