These three cotton wrap-resist-dyed (lahariya) turban cloths were bound and dyed together. At this time, around 1950, it was quite common to tie two or three turbans together to save time and dye. These have had some of their tie-resists removed to reveal the dyed zigzag pattern inside the coil.
