Sampler of multi-coloured silk in biblia needlepoint lace. With eleven borders, mostly with designs of flowers, trees and leaves in colours. The design at the bottom includes lions and large roses, and the one above it consists of flying fish. Down each side is a border of little blue flowers in biblia work. At the top is a border of flowers in cream, and at the bottom is a geometrically patterned scalloped border in cream.
