Square silver amulet with turned moulded columns at each end and a pediment of cast and pierced scrollwork, pierced at the top for suspension. Engraved on each face is a round headed arch over two abbreviated inscriptions: Shaddai, Almighty, on one face and 'I have waited for thy Salvation, O Lord, on the other.

Marks and inscriptions
The inscription לקי is an abbreviation for Genesis 49:18, I wait for Thy salvation, O Lord; the inscription on the other side is the Shaddai, or one of the Hebrew names for God.
