Signed and dated 'James Grey' and 'J. Gray 1857' and lettered with place names and 'London, Joseph, Myers & Co., 144 Leadenhall Street. From C. Adler's Printing Establishment, Hamburg'. The envelope lettered with title and names and addresses of printer and publisher.
