Middle East, Metalwork. Steel blade with two fullers, a prominent gold kuftkari calligraphic cartouche, with a silver kuftkari inset on one side. The hilt is brass with chased copper alloy mounts, encrusted with carved coral and small blue stones. Turkish, C18; Arms and armour. Inter-departmental transfer to MES, RF 2011/1170.
