This plate is one of three from Collection des Fleurs et des Fruits, peints d’Après Nature, par Jean-Louis Prevost, et tires de son porte-feuille, with text by P. M. Gault de Saint Germain, Paris, 1805. An example of this book is in the Victoria and Albert Museum Library.
