Object history | This clutch bag was carried with a beaded lace Norman Hartnell ballerina-length gown worn by Mrs Laurel Heath on 25 June 1957 for her second marriage to Mr. Gerald Albertini. Laurel's first husband, John Heath, had died the previous year as a result of injuries sustained during the Mille Miglia race in May 1956. She married Mr Albertini at St James' Roman Catholic Church, Spanish Place, London. |
