Middle East, Metalwork. Curved watered steel, double-edged blade with a pronounced medial rib, with a chiselled animal combat mounted in a carved green jade grip. The blade is Iranian, early 19th century, while the grip is Mughal, 17th or 18th century. Arms and armour.
Stamped black leather sheath for a curved dagger (khanjar) with a cusped, red velvet lined neck.
