Silver cigarette case with niello decoration. Birmingham hall mark for 1916-17 with niello decoration added in Baghdad, signed as 'Amara work, and inscribed 'Colin'. Formerly the property of Captain C.R. Campbell of Jura. Decoration of cover features and oval with circle inset. Scene inside oval of two registers; top of camels and riders, middle mosque. Either side date palms with figures underneath. Decoration of back features latin inscription "Sans peur ne orliviscarious" with cat and boar in overlapping wreathes.
