The relief panel shows a chariot containing a king (headless) and his consort followed by a horseman who rides past two standing figures, one of whom raised his hands in anjalimudra.
To the left is the top of a column with a lotus bell capital surmounted by addorsed bulls.
The subject of the relief is uncertain. It probably represents the nun Utpalavana, who disguised as a Chakravartin in order to be the first to greet the Buddha on his descent from Trayastrimsa heaven.
