Stained glass design, in watercolour, for the West window of Malvern Link depicting the Arrest of St. Peter. A woman betrays St. Peter by pointing to his house. A soldier knocks at its door while St. Peter prays on the roof and experiences a vision of Noah's arc. The design for the window frame is painted in black watercolour and cut out and superimposed onto the design for the stained glass itself. The design is mounted onto a small rectangular piece of card on the back of which is a slight sketch of perhaps a map or plans of buildings.

Object history
This stained glass design, (one of 32) was in the collection of the late B.D.H. Miller who bequeathed them to the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford. Timothy Wilson, Keeper of Western Art, Ashmolean Museum gave them to the Victoria and Albert Museum.

The designs were lot 320 in the sale of the contents of Towne Furlong Farm, Phillips, Oxford, sales catalogue, Thursday, 13 June 1991.

This stained glass design is for the west window of Malvern Link church. Another design for this window is E.1453-2001.
