Pair of child's trainers, made from topstitched white plastic with black imitation nubuck trim and blue and black textured nylon inserts, and lined with black nylon and white nylon. The shoe has a rounded toe, a textured unit sole of black and white plastic and a blue plastic loop at the back of the heel; the tongue is of blue and black nylon with an oval moulded plastic appliqué showing the Pokémon character Charizard. The outer side of the shoe has a semicircular pocket for the insertion of decorative colour-printed tags (both sets attached to right shoe for sale) of laminated card: these show pairs (one each side) of the Pokémon characters Charizard and Meowth, Blastoise and Mewtwo, Bulbasaur and Pikachu: when empty the pocket shows its back panel printed with the characters Ash and Pikachu. The heels and outer side have insets of clear textured plastic just above the sole, and the shoe fastens across the front with velcro-backed straps of white plastic printed with the Pokémon trade mark and slogan.
