Gallery label	Possibly one of a range of designs for industrially-made ceramics and glass by contemporary painters and other artists, an experiment aimed at improving British industrial design conceived as a result of the Gorell report into the subject, 1933. All the glassware was made by Stuart & Sons. Ludwig Kny was Stuart's staff designer and it was almost solely his designs which were put into commercial production.
Production	'designed 1934, probably made 1936'. Probably made and decorated by J. Lowe and J. Nicklin.
