Place of origin

The tapestry edge is woven in two colours, the bottom half is gold cotton silk mix thread and the top is dark green wool. Where the two colours join together in the middle they are woven in a zig-zag pattern. The gold is not woven all the way to the end of the edging, which leaves a plain band of dark green at the end of the edging.
