Object history | The M.J. Franklin gift of biscuit tin ephemera is numbered E.1466-1983 to E.2315-1983 and comprises adverts, show-cards, almanacs and calendars, bags, trade cards, factory scenes, menu cards, playing cards, children's games, printed labels and posters. The metalwork department holds some 800 biscuit tins which were also given to the Museum by M. J. Franklin in 1983. |
