Two designs for black winter jackets with leg o'mutton sleeves. The upper jacket has a fur collar and facings and turned back cuffs, but is otherwise untrimmed. It is shown with a pale brown hat trimmed with pale pink fabric and brown feathers. The lower jacket has three decorative buttons but is otherwise untrimmed. It is shown with a hand muff, a vivid pink cravat bow at the neck, and a grey toque trimmed with two large bows in matching pink. One of a group of 85 fashion designs bound in a volume of Paquin designs for Winter 1897. Most in pen and ink with touches of watercolour, some with names, details, and fabric swatches attached.
