Object history | A nice, fully coloured depiction of a woman in a walking dress with frogging and a pink waistcoat effect, the grey enlivened with touches of vibrant pink and glossy black satin waistband and black frogging. This shows Paquin's use of colour and carefully restrained use of detailing to enliven an otherwise understated grey costume. - Daniel Milford-Cottam, Feb. 2012 |
