A model building in three sections made primarily of card. The central block of the building has three storeys. The ground floor has a tall window with a stained glass effect made of celluloid. The first floor consists of a separate overhang addition. The left hand block has two storeys and the main door at ground level coloured a dark pink. The right hand block is single storey with a small green door. The building is painted white with brown beams. There are four different sections of roof with differing green corrugated tile effect. The building is hollow with a two cutout open sections at the back.
