DISK MUSIC BOX GERMAN (LEIPZIG); about 1895 Case of walnut Lochman 'Original' No. 48 In 1901, Paul Lochman founded The Original Musikwerke Company and until 1915 produced many different types of box which were sold under the 'Original' name. Although the quality of these boxes is generally excellent, by 1905 the heyday of the disk box was already over.(pre October 2000)
