Red silk damask decorated with a large-scale floral pattern.
There is a vertical, undulating stem which travels from the lower left to the upper right. The lower part is decorated with small flowerheads above which a large imaginary blossom branches off to the left. From the middle of the undulating stem, and branching to the right, is a spray of blossoms. There is a very large hanging blossom at the top of the textile and a slightly smaller one in the lower right hand corner.
Both ends have been hemmed.
