Jar of porcelain, painted in red, green and yellow. Of bulbous form with flat base and short wide neck. The body is divided into three horizontal zones. The uppermost is painted with lotus flowers placed alternately on either side of a chevron band. The middle zone is filled in with lotus flowers of another form and foliage on a continuous wavy stem, the lower with formal panelling. The neck is painted with fret pattern.
