Pair of vases, made of porcelain, with ear handles, the outside covered with engraved red lacquer depicting a central scene of birds perched on a tree, except on one side the painted underglaze blue decoration is exposed. One vase shows a pheasant on a tree painted in underglaze blue, the other shows blossoming plants.
