Translation
The believer, First Sister Kang of Wanshan Village, in the first month of the twenty-sixth year of Jiajing (1547), seeking a son, joyously set one pair of flower (vases) before the incense burner of the Saintly Ancestors/Sage Patriarchs in the Houfeng Shrine, as a return for previous mercies.
