A small concave dish with sloping rim on a tapering stem, supported on a shallow open bell with three small ball feet; the sides are moulded with lotus petals. Painted in red, turquoise green, greyish aubergine and black enamels with some gilding. On the top is a floral spray and round the sides and stem are a 'strapwork' band and one of hatching, with floral sprays in the gilt-outlined panels below. The underside is partly glazed.
