Square incense box with lid. One of a pair. Cubical, on stepped base with four feet. The lid of similar form with top pierced with segments of a small circle painted in blue; painted on two sides with figures and on the other with small sprays of flowers. The feet and edges are painted with gilt scrolls on a dark blue ground, and the inside and base (except the square containing the mark) are painted in turquoise green.
