the body is beige terry towelling with ochre brushed nylon pads stretched over a opaque plastic body which contains the walking mechanism
plastic press stud at neck does not allow the cloth to be removed as the seam as been sewn up
attached to the chest is a red, white and blue rosette with a picture of the bear in the centre

Mechanism is operated by air pressure when both of the hand pads are pressed.
