Poster on gloss finish card featuring a photographic image of the left hand side of Rupert Sewell's face, seen through an image of a loch with hills behind and reeds in the foreground. Sewell's left eye glowers menacingly on the horizon which is bathed in orange and yellow light, like the sun at sunset. The title 'Macbeth' is in the centre right of the poster, in scarlet letters over the grey water, while the name of the stars Rufus Sewell and Sally Dexter appear in white letters at the top right hand corner of the poster. The other production details appear in white lettering below the title of the play, and the name of the theatre is in red, bottom right.

The play was directed by John Crowley and designed by Jeremy Herbert, with costumes designed by Laura Hopkins, lighting designed by Rick Fisher and fights arranged by Terry King.
