Unjointed soft toy bear in a seated position primarily of green nylon plush. The body front, nose and mouth area, inner ears and feet paw pads are of white nylon plush. There is a green stitched design of a four leafed clover on its front. The white paw pads are heart shaped. The mouth is a green stitched line extending up in a smile on the right hand side. The nose is a green plastic heart shape. The eyes are green and white plastic with the right one set in a wink and the left one having a green lash. The eyebrows are two green stitched lines. There is a tuft of green nylon hair at the top of the head. There is a short tail and a red plastic heart shape placed to the right of this with the Care Bears logo in white on it, slightly worn away. There is a white label printed in red, also worn, attached to the left leg.
