Length of fine hemp cloth, Kaga Yuzen on Asa, stencilled and embroidered with silk and golden gilt threads. The silk embroidery has later been removed leaving only that in gold braid.
The design shows umbrellas and flower branches in blue, red, pink, grey, yellow and green.
